The postscript in the email that some of you got yesterday is interesting. (I didn't get the email because I never talked to the 13D group, and as a result, they can only get to me through my broker, as they did with yesterday a.m.'s proxy solicitation).
Here is the postscript, with the language I find interesting highlighted:
He is talking about YOUR shares as if they were HIS 13D shares! Note the word "our," not "your." Apparently, once you return that proxy, he thinks of your shares as being their shares!
Also, what is the reason that they need all your account information? I am not really buying his explanation here.

P.S. Tomorrow I will be sending you an email requesting the name of your brokers that hold your shares as well as asking you the number of shares you own and have or will vote. It is strictly for our Proxy firm to check with all the brokers to make sure all our shares have been voted.
