Yes, you are right about almost everything you wrote. However, you wrote this a felt 100 times in the same/similar way in the last couple of weeks on this board. Your posts sound almost like a damaged record that is going round and round in an endless loop. ;p
Please don't take this the wrong way, we are absolutely on the same side of things as far as your complaints about the company communication goes, but you keep posting these same complaints every new day over and over again, just because it is another day, which provided no PR (at least before US trading started) and seems to be winding yourself up on it again.
It currently is what it is and some of us have received a written confirmation from Todd that they continue to push forward on all fronts and are simply not communicating with us the way we are used to, because they don't want to risk anything.
You heard Docj that he received a message from Joe stating that he is not happy with the way the SEC deals with his concerns right. Maybe they are in a dispute these days, and so he remains silent just to make sure that he does not provide any additional reason for them to complain. Who knows? I am sure we will find out sooner or later.
Take a deep breath and accept it as a challenge to your patience.
