What would he tell me, that he's got some incompet

What would he tell me, that he's got some incompetent folks working for/with him... or they've overlooked these minor details... no need to bother him. I believe he has his reasons for putting up with whatever the issues are and knows he can handle and resolve matters to get to his goal(s) here. As many believe, this will happen at his timeline... and should he be waiting on something specific or whatever, he surely knows there is an SEC deadline coming up and he's already begun the process of getting Current. Taking way too long because of these silly 'mistakes' ... again I say are they intentional for some reason or reasoning...
