For the 3rd time: they are soliciting proxies from people who may not be shareholders of record on Sept 1. This cannot be legal.
Their desperation to find out from the people they think are supporters (see Cdiddy's post) WHICH BROKER THEY ARE USING "so that we can make sure all of our shares are voted" -- this is something that never, never have I seen before.
Something very strange is going on, and I think the SEC would look askance at this.
