I think the D group is underestimating the severity of their actions. She is not going to be happy that solicitation went out while this is in litigation. I think the order issued yesterday is a good indication of what she's thinking. I read on another board that it cost $85,000 to send that out to shareholders. I would keep an eye on 13D telethon to raise funds.
