It's still August, the vote is not until the very end of October, October 28th to be exact. The company has not even announced their nominees. The record date is still in the future.
Why do the 13Ds already need the proxies?
It will be an interesting next few days in Court with the companies lawsuit against the 13Ds. Sparks will fly. I think and hope that the 13Ds will be on the the receiving end of most of it.
