I don't practice Securities Law either, but I can

In fact, I could see CytoDyn using this to go in on the ultimate expedited basis (ex parte, Latin for without notice, but it really means in legal proceedings very very short notice like a day or two) asking for them to be restrained.
The Defendants sort of made the case for the Plaintiff of the necessary irreparable harm that is usually required for an ex parte hearing.
Again, don't practice Securities Law so this is NOT legal advice.
