Ask yourself why the proxy card now? What are they doing and why? It seems to me this action is a preemptive grab at as many proxy votes as possible hoping people will not know how to take those votes back before the real vote for BOD. Why to me is they fear what will be exposed in the dispositions and maybe we find out stuff they didn’t want revealed like the Dark Money and who or where it is coming from. Maybe big Pharma is financing this all?

It’s a sneaky way to acquire votes. Preying on the uninformed which is most of us… myself included. We all learned something today and we are probably all thankful for the people that know sharing what they know.

Another thought is the action today is to see how much support they can gather before they decide to stay the course or pull the plug? A cost saving move if they realize they get less than 10% proxy votes. Essentially a last gasp check before their heads drop below the water line. Or maybe bailing out before the plane crashes and cost them years of monies and work for nothing and it was a bad idea all along. A idea steeped in arrogance that people will just love us because we hated on the current management. How wrong could they of been? Today they find out this much. Will they throw in the towel? Let’s hope… it’s already expensive but when you lose you can pay damages in a final verdict and our legal fees.

That’s my hope… not only do I want them to go away… I want them to pay dearly for this distraction and their arrogance in a campaign of misinformation.
