I spoke with OTC directly again yesterday (Monday), and they would NOT tell me specifically about UNVC. I did ask, however, if there was a problem and something would need to be resubmitted, would that restart the clock. He said, yes, and reviews are taking about 5 business days now (he emplasized "business" ). The representative I spoke to last week also said revisions restart the clock, so I'm now not expecting it until the end of this week at the earliest, but probably more likely next Tuesday.
Also, both OTC reps told me that they discuss with the CEO exactly their concerns, so I would hope this round of revisions is it.
Finally, in looking through tickers from A-Z with Yield Signs or Pink-Current yesterday, a significant number of them had "revision" documents in their disclosures. So, I think OTC may be pretty particular with what they want to see.
I hope this information helps everyone and does not cause alarm...it's just part of the process, in my opinion.
