Can you please Ohm clarify a few things for everyo

1. Are you saying that by voting now for the 13d we are giving up our right to vote at the shareholders meeting?
2.That we are signing over our votes to the 13d group before the shareholders meeting?
3. Could this be a look to see if they are even close to getting the required votes to see if they continue or stop the legal battle. Essentially cutting their losses now if they will not come close to a carry of a vote?
4. What happens if we don’t reply?
5. What happens if we do and vote against their proxy.
6. What happens if we vote for them now and change our mind because something happens. Like we find out their plan and don’t like it or dispositions reveal a big Pharma dark money?
7. Are we locked in to voting for the 13d? They take over our voting rights if we vote for them now?
8. Are they just afraid of what the disposition’s will turn up and how they haven’t been truthful. This is definitely a preemptive move but for what reason?
9. Is this normal in a proxy vote to be preemptive like this?
I only ask this because you are the voice of reason and knowledge and people respect you and your knowledge about just about everything.
