No, you see the opposite.. the uninformed become "disinhibited," tell themselves "I got the jab, I'm fine.. no masks for me, let's go party!"
They end up being super spreaders and potentially selecting for strains that evade vaccine immunity.
The reason you thought that was because nobody is educating and conveying an accurate picture of how this pandemic will develop.
