Back to the daily 9-6 grind tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.

Been out of the whole stock scene for a week. Well not out just watching but with no DD.

Still think RDAR will have a pump. Not guaranteed though. .0009s or .0008s might do well for a flip at .0012s .0015s .0018s hold a few more for a higher hit.

No Covid here. Been in FL for 8 days. Met a ton of cool people. Swam in a lot of places that most people wouldn't even think of swimming in. The bottom of the bay or the canal does not scare my barefeet. Also swam in some pools that were gorgeous, both saltwater and freshwater pools.

No Covid but. The neighbor across the street did die from it ???. Unhealthy susceptible to disease are the ones taking the hit. This has been normal since human beings existed. Those prone to disease are always the most susceptible. Bacteria can kill as well as a virus.. there are many viruses out there so many undisclosed et so dangerous.. the brain Amoeba is also a thing.. This covid crap is still a political tool since day one because they gave it a name.

Bottom line from me is to eat as healthy as possible. Fresh citrus. Limes. Lemons. Blueberries, kale, spinach, arugula any leafy dark green. Legumes beans, raw ginger root, garlic raw in small amounts, carrots (carotenoid). All of the superfoods they talk of. Eat them all. Fruits and vegetables.. Exercise. Swim, walk, and get a little bit of sun but wear as much sunscreen your skin will tolerate. Natural Vitamin D is one of the best. I don't believe in any pills. You get real vitamins from the real stuff -- from plants. Build immunity from natural means and being outside.
