In what metaverse does Pasaca take over and not give existing shareholders more than the .02 cents they agreed to pay for shares under the Pasaca agreement? Or less!
Anyone who thinks they don't take the parts that fit with Innova and sell off the rest are the crazy ones.
Alternately, anyone who thinks Pasaca could run QMC and build the company to it's potential better than Squires is crazy.
Anyone who thinks Squires and QMC did not contribute to Innova's success in the UK and earn revenue is crazy. Why else would they do this particular type of deal to set QMC on the path to uplisting?
Anyone who thinks Squires would sell out and take the money and run is batshit crazy. He could have done that years ago with Samsung, 3M and others and didn't.
He could have sold out to Pasaca and skipped all the SEC nonsense and got out, but he didn't. That's the reality, folks. Anyone who thinks Squires is not working in the best interests of the shareholders has to convince me why Squires would do it now, when he could have many times before and didn't.
