They simply can not rap their heads around that while Squires is very proficient under some of the hats he wears he is overwhelmed under other hats.
Some here have tried to place the blame on the auditors. Auditors only audit what their are provided by the company (Squires).
If they refuse to sign off on an audit it is because the information which was presented to them by the company, was either illegal, unethical, unverifiable or simply incomplete.
Unlike many here I believe Squires is responsible for this mess. While I believe him responsible I don't hold any personal grudge or place any blame on him.
As a developing stage company IMHO he is during the best he can with the limited amount of resources he has to work with.
He is responsible because he is the CEO, no matter what the reasons are for failure he owns it as CEO.
Given an opportunity to sell I held because I still believe Pasaca will take over.
I believe Pasaca will replace Squires as CEO or at least let him continue holding the title under tight supervision, and utilizing his talents where they will serve the company best.
The other misconception that is played out a lot here is, "Squires is a shareholder here too he has just as much at stake as we do he has to get the company relisted.."
That is baloney, Squires could have been or might yet be offered a lucrative offer to walk away and let QTMM burn so that Pasaca can sift though the ashes and takes what it wants.
