Not seeing how the shareholders are victims. We all know the risks of investing in Biotech. The FDA is the FDA… there is no sidestepping them. We have to play nice with them unfortunately. Nader is playing nice because he wants their approval. We as shareholders are not victims… that’s like saying a gambler is a victim of a casino. They know the risks.
