Re: LegendayGoat #54248
This is the reason I started posting because someone was talking about borrowing against their shares. If a banker agrees to a loan on a new to market company please walk away. JB you take about trying to help people well that what LG and I were just trying to do. Financial literacy.... remember? You think I'm trying to scare shares out of you guys, that's okay I tried.

You had someone here talk about selling shares clean and simple at $10. Great do it and your out and done. But if you didn't need to sell all of it you could capture more money and have the possiblity of keeping your shares too. Yes I guess maybe that's stupid to some people.

Some have said they will break up their sells into 300 - 400 trades. Cool, good idea but if you don't move your account to a brokerage that allows you to hide your share count it will light up level 3 like Christmas tree. We will see it. Using options give you other alternatives. It depends on your expectations and goal.

Just an example: we don't have an options market so it's not possible right now. so this is just an example. You guys know we have been trading at .09-.10 cents. What are the chances of UNVC going to .04 in the next month? If you think its a small chance than you sell a covered put. That means you have the funds to buy UNVC at .04 cents if you were wrong and it actually went there. So what happened you made money off the UNVC put sell and you have to buy UNVC at .04 cents. Are you really mad that you have to buy UNVC at .04 cents if you believe in the company?

Sorry to be off topic I was just trying to help people. Done posting. Good luck to all of you.
