Just a couple of corrections to our long post. NP did not sell shares to pay Samsung. His paying to turn his warrants into shares raised money for CYDY which was helpful. What was not helpful was when he sold all those shares in the open market. The cash he received for himself by selling shares in the open market did not help the company but it did lower the stock price from the price tap at he sold at on the days he sold. I would assume that he needed to sell some stock to pay taxes but I am skeptical that he needed to sell all the shares he exercised.
You last point on management taking half of their bonus in shares was not their Individual choice but was determined by the compensation committee of the board.
NP has done many things well for the company but these two points should not be in that list.
