Cody describes the NUGX placement as a "caper".... That is a perfect description as after that mysterious event, no one from company came forward with any cogent explanation and the stock has been in a free fall ever since...... Transparency requires the explanation of the NUGX pink sheet or green sheet listing or whatever at top of list of items that need to be addressed.
