Thoughtful Investing used to be the darling of the Yahoo Message Boards, posting at least one daily commentary each day. People waited for his commentary. If he didn't post on a day, people were upset.
Then came the 13D, and his true colors were shown as a 13D acolyte. He no longer shows his face on Yahoo because his posts get downvoted and receives scorching negative comments there.
Thus, TI as he was generally referred to on Yahoo, is not really a traditional "basher," but might be what you call a "13D basher" if that term makes any sense.
He bashes current management and loves Rosenbaum and the 13Ds.
