It's SOP! Can't bash the product, they start bashing the board and it's members!
People that are new to the boards don't know the language or procedures like this quagmire! At the same time, people that know the language and procedure also know where to find the DD and wouldn't introduce themselves to a new board with a negative post!
They would also have visited other sites and posted other boards!
