Because they were unsuccessful strategies from former CEO. IMO former CEO was hardheaded and not listening to anyone. Present CEO does not have the ego or stubbornness as the former. She is listening to COB and incorporating very different strategy for success. Many an investor were scratching their heads with the many questionable decisions made by former CEO. Was it age or health affecting his decision making? Possibly. But whatever, this ship was sinking under his direction. I am giving the new CEO time to turn the ship around and overcome those many mistakes. She has shown me, with these OEM deals, she is capable of listening to others and righting all the wrongs of the past. The quarterly financials, as with all companies, will be the tell all. IMO, the next couple (qtr 3 & 4) will reveal the true direction of this company and subsequently our investments.
