we need to get out of the business of lawsuits, of lawyers, and of fighting. we need to get in the business of starting the brazil trial, completing the BLA, and selling our drug.

the more time, effort and money we spend on the first business, the more time effort and money are diverted from the second. that's just the way it is.

i personally am sick of this type of PR. hopefully we've made our case now - let the chips fall - but for god's sake, let's get out of this fighting pit, and get back to the real business that we're supposed to be in - everything that leads to selling this drug to people who need it.
