How long does it take for the process take after the new TA gets the ledger from the old and then give instructions to Finra to activate a corporate action to go private?
Doesn't corporate action process' take Finra 2-3 weeks to complete?
Doesn't the share structure have to be accurate so an offer price can be determined before the stock can be delisted?
Wondering if there will be waiting period after the TA confirms complete transfer from Signature?
Wonder what will happen when Pacific Stock Transfer gives confirmation to the CRGP attorney assuming its still Raich?
Is Signature Stock Transfer holding this up?
Is the CRGP attorney waiting for all brokers to further restrict retail purchases so a controlled and accurate "closing of private transaction" be executed by institutions?
Just thinking out load...yeah the technical's are attractive but the legal process can be enlightening too.
