Like most of you, I read a lot of boards and very very few investors want anything to do with the 13d group. I’d say it’s like 30:1 against them or even more. Basically everyone is against them and has their number. They have like 6 percent of the shares, right? Not saying by any means that we should let our guards down but what are the odds that all their supporters are staying silent, laying in wait for the vote and they slip in? I don’t see that happening. If anything they would be out trying to convince others to side with them. How can they possibly get 51 percent of the vote ( doing it as a group is how they are going about it). How many investors would vote for all of them vs voting for current management? It seems everyone basically will vote for current management whether or not they fulfill some/all of our catalysts or not. I hope they aren’t even allowed on the ballot but can’t they appeal? If they do then what happens if the appeal isn’t decided before our October meeting?
