Facts: they tried to woo shareholders with promises of approval, they promised a plan, they bashed management and the company all over social media, stated mistruths, claimed a win (just today) and are distracting management and wasting resources with this ridiculousness…all the while the share price falls (again see actions from today). Did you read the rebuttals and Exhibits filed? I have all the facts I need and I’m far from alone!!
