All OTC market top traders were busy elsewhere again today watching for bargains as those who didn't understand the implications of the new SEC regulations were selling off stocks needlessly.
On $ECOX, just 5,005 shares were traded during the usual paint up / down games in the same general range .0220 > .0267.
