So, appears CYDY will respond to the 13D motion tomorrow. This filing will be very interesting as it responds to the 13D motion. But, unless the court ordered a time cutoff, that filing might be as late as 11:59 pm as most filings are now done electronically, so we might not see it until Friday.
Then, the 13D has until next Wednesday to reply. It's 13D's motion, so they have both an opening and a reply brief. So, next week we will hear their response to tomorrow's CYDY response.
Also, can anyone tell me what happened to the SP the last hour today? (Reasons, not what happened itself). I was away. Was it a reaction to the 13D filing of their proxy statement that went out today, to this court scheduling order being misunderstood or something entire different?
