it is CLEARLY EVIDENT they are sooo desperate..up until now they had silence on their side. But now that filings have been listed and vetted. regardless of what is or isn't in them and an "official" pr of acquisition the "other board" doesn't have a leg to stand on. YOUR TIME IS OVER!
