CYBK is on the launch pad about to blast off! When

Now, if you are lucky enough to find a clean shell to merge into you and you have a great business with great promise you go for it. That is what Chris Clarke did, which by the way, clean shells like the old Dynasty Limo are very very difficult to find.
Now why do companies go public? Answer: to raise money from investors. Every single company that trades in the open markets originally went public to raise capital to grow their business plan.
Now Mr. Chris Clarke has brought a very solid product to the public markets with contracts in hand domestically and internationally. Mr. Clarke has made a commitment to bring in 3 incredibly strong board members to make the expansion a huge success. Those board members require payment and all cash that gets collected goes right back into the company, thus those board members are paid in equity. They don't work free.
Now, Mr. Clarke made another commitment to greatly reduce the AS and OS of the company's share structure which will directly add value to shareholders by increasing market cap.
Mr. Clarke owns 50m shares of the OS and they are restricted for the long term because he is a believer in his business and knows he will build it very strong these coming years so his shares are worth a boatload more than they are worth now.
Our largest shareholder here is the CEO of the company. He is one of us. I don't know what others feel, but that makes me feel very confident about this investment.
Lastly, the recent float of 3m shares is owned by a vast majority of long shareholders in CYBK. If the stock is going to go on a run on contracts, AS and OS reduction, financials, sec reporting, etc. there needs to be a supply to meet the buying demand of those new investors thus the increase in the float. If there was no increase in the float and these material events were to hit the MMs would have to short big time to make a market for liquidity reasons. We do not want that. We need supply to meet demand on what is coming here.
I hope this helps investors realize exactly what they are invested in here or potentially invested in. IMO.... A WINNER !
Cheers,
PC
