unless a buyer intended to take a co private, upgrading to current pink, esp under the circumstances, raises the value of the company
in a sense the value-the main reason for being public- of a public company is its ability to raise money via 'treasury' stock issuance or via debt equity-which requires the ability to raise money via treasury stock issuance
under the new SEC rule NNLX would essentially not be able to raise money via treasury stock unless it complied with the new rule requirements by upgrading to pink current-so its a do or die proposition
from the publicly available info the lack of finances is a good part of the reason NNLX was 'no info'
but as i said for years by upgrading to pink current they would greatly increase the investor pool, discourage shorters/bashers(remove reasons why bashers shorters target no info co's as i detailed), swing the buy sell ratio in their favor
and thus increase pps and thus increase the value of the co and its ability to raise money and to save money by paying vendors in shares and paying directors and employees with shares(as they did as per the last financials filed in 2014 but it takes a lot of shares to pay wages at a few cents pps) while minimizing the always dreaded in otc circles "dilution" .
so in the long term, as i kept indicating, the return on upgrading investment would be incredible, raise the value to other companies, improve the companies position in the eyes of other companies- increasing the exposure and pool of companies willing to do business w NNLX and thus solve a whole host of intractable problems we've experienced here w NNLX-
yes between a rock and a hard place due to the constraints of finances -but the longer one stays 'no info'-the longer one steals from peter to pay paul the more intractable the problem becomes
I have no evidence anybody has understood these things all these years-just a lot of hate mongering for 'attacking the company' by educating re these things. I've seen since i was a baby that this species has rejected knowledge and does not want to learn and does so with each forgotten 'sentient' decision ca 150 times /day
