Outside of court they can say whatever they want spread FUD, take out hot articles, bash current management while hiding under rocks. They have a terrible track record much worse than the current management that has us finally on the roads to approval/approvals. The 13-D Can GTFO. Hardly anyone wants to hear their plan, that would have worked maybe a month ago Yo garner support. They are as good as barrier 10ft under to me. Move on let’s talk about Brazil trials, about Long haulers, about how bad covid is getting in the US again and we are not even in fall/winter yet. If the 13-d told us they were going to give Inceldx to us for free I would still not vote for them.
