Just like NP and recurrent use of “fantastic”, excessive qualifying adjectives do not often strengthen an argument.
Arguing fundamental rights rather than the detail of the law seems an appeal to the masses, where it is the judge who will decide.
13D may be right and may prevail, but increasing vehemence of their arguments seems to indicate they are very much in the defensive.
