I don’t share your opinions at all. We are a small company and combining our board of directors with our management is just fine to me. Why give away more stock options than we have to and having a tight BOD is a bonus right now. There may never be a time when we see our management NOT be part of our Board of Directors and that will be ok too. It makes sense to have our management included in all decisions and be able to be a part of all future decisions and or future direction of the company. The more involved the management the more aware everyone is…the faster we progress.
RTB you always bring up the cash balance like there is a problem. You bring it up to scare other investors is what I believe. We have 66 million shares we could choose to dilute to raise money is we need to. We have enough monies in the bank to make it to the end of the year was recently stated. Luckily we have the right management team and BOD that isn’t responsible for the major dilution of this company as we had under Tony C. This is a great reason not to be in favor of the 13d group who was the former management that diluted the hell out of our stock. Thank god these people were dismissed from Cytodyn and asked to leave.
Your continued following of cash amounts to me as soft bashing that isn’t necessary or needed. Why don’t you give it a rest and focus on a few positives.
We have many positives to look forward to this year and why don’t you wrap your mind around those items and tell people some positive things about them instead of all your unsavory views you choose to look at and make others try to believe you when in reality your views are not even based in something that is even a problem for our company going forward.
