It's all about control of Leronlimab: the FDA letter, big pharma, BP and 13d, all of it.
At this point a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush and at this point only NP has the shareholders interest in mind, I've seen zero evidence that any other party in this dance cares about us.
So lets discuss the options NP can do legally if this hostile takeover is coming to a vote. (I personally don't think they have enough votes to do anything) but what are the options.
Can NP sell the company?
