The situation is quite serious if not grave. I absolutely agree with Shelly's thinking on 13D. They and those behind them want the molecule. They don't want us. We are their problem. Taking CYDY private for backroom deals is the most likely outcome once they get the majority of vote in October. And there is little we can do about it if predators like Phillip Frost and similar birds of prey are determined to steal LL. The sharp increase in the Gang paying members just reported may suggest that at least some of them are proxies to accumulate the percentage of shares/votes sufficient to defeat pro-Nader longs. As some longs here have suggested, the decisive factor will most likely be the feelings of the uneducated mass of the shareholders who have been underwater after the two knockdowns of the June 30 '20 pump 'n dump attack and the FDA hit letter. What we realistically can do about this is to mount a kind of psychological-informational warfare against the 13D gang and their known and suspected sidekicks and affiliates. We need to produce a well-written and facts-based kompromat on 13D characters and plaster all relevant boards with it day after day updating it as we dig out new dirt on them. Any thoughts?
