Yeah, what a big-time operator, asking people to kick in for his legal fees. Ought to give shareholders a moment's pause if they think they want to vote for 13-D's "great" set of management skills.
That said -- if they manage to get their crew of creeps on the ballot, it's going to be important to reach any actual shareholders on lieHUB to make sure that they know facts, not just propaganda from 13D.
