Toodles, EXCELLENT - to add one point: a "new acquisition" (Dr. D's term in msg to me -- which I take to mean not a partner, rather a subsidiary entity) will be handling wraparound social services e.g. financial literacy, temporary and permanent housing assistance so as to address the full 360-degree needs of vets and those who struggle with misuse of opioids.
He wants to be able to effect real, lasting change for those folks, not just addressing the addictions but also addressing the root-cause situations that lead to the addictions in the first place.
