Yeager putting up money while not putting up money is a bit odd. Having a seat on the board may be worth it for resume building but is it worth what a legal battle will cost? I assume there's other kickbacks promised.
They needed the 5% from the original 13d to start the proxy fight, they most likely whittled it down to the three nominators and the nominees to keep questioning of the others to a minimum. Could you imagine if Pestell or Caracciolo were deposed? "Mr. Caracciolo why did you propose buying a worthless company called Prostagene?". "Mr. Pestell why did you delay cancers trials 8 months costing Cytodyn money and opportunities?".
