But, were not there some reports that during one of the initial 13D telephone conference calls (which I was not invited, by the way, so I have no personal knowledge here) that they mentioned such a sale as one of their first orders of business?
Let's get some depositions of some of those that attended those 13D conference calls to get to the bottom of what they said on these 13D conference calls, and what their real intentions are.
About as convincing as their argument that he didn't apply for the patents, but his company did, you know, the company that he and his wife own more than 30% and he is by the way CEO, that's really really really not him applying for those patents.
