I'd wager that's why Yaeger is involved. If she doesn't own any Cytodyn but wants to get on the BOD, then you can bet your ass she owns a chunk of IncellDX.

As I've said all along, the whole thing stinks and it's a shame so many gullible shareholders are falling for their "We'll get approval right away and increase shareholder value" schtick. It's all bollocks.
