I expect that the Russ Rosenbaum listed below as a 13D contributor is in fact the son of Paul Rosenbaum.
That would make him the same Russ Rosenbaum who stated recurrently across a number of Facebook Cytodyn shareholder groups that he had no participation with or direct knowledge of the 13D group activities.
Perhaps mendacity is a heritable trait.
