MLR is 100% right he told me, "that is our position" that no PR will come out until we are pink current. They are no rules that state that but thats his position and prerogative. So all of these prs that were supposed to come out were contingent on us being PINK Current. Doc has no control over that once he files all necessary paper work. Which as of WEDNESDAY he has. So lets chill breath and understand its all coming together.
