That is a plus but there are some other significant ones.
I believe those shares were issues 2 years ago.

They didn't do it for the halibut
It could be that they did it because...

Someone would have to look up the terms of Series A
AND/OR
Companies sometimes do this before any M&A
Let's say Verb was going to buy a company or two with stock
Those companie(s) may or may not ask for no one to be ahead of them with preferred shares
