Alot of weak hands scared of the Aug 13th (end of the month) and Sept 28th dates...lol (volume increasing on the eve)
Many hard lessons will be learned here...and many valuable lessons for the courageous too.
Took months for OTCM to update the AS after it was updated on Nevada SOS

Whats even more interesting is...when a public company goes private...current filing don't mean anything...only that last PR statement and that final FINRA (corporate action confirmation) matters!

15c-211 at some point will be processed (if needed) to take care of business. In my opinion...this was already addressed and is not and never will be a concern anymore going forward...regardless of the nonsense rhetoric designed to instill fear and confusion among the ignorance of inexperienced traders/investors.
