The current management made claims against the 13d

The current management made claims against the 13d shareholder's group. They felt strong enough, about those claims, to have them vetted out in a lawsuit. They must believe they can stop this. They haven't looked back. It looks like they are, still, focused on the tasks at hand. Only the involved parties know what truly happened. We sure don't. However, it looks like current management is willing to go to the mat with this struggle. Very convincing. In my opinion.
