In this case, CYDY v 13d, each side claims that the other has their FACTS wrong. People are entitled to their own opinions, not their own facts. In this instance, for example, the paperwork either was or was not filed according to the bylaws; the people in question either were or were not shareholders at the time they were supposed to be...these are facts that can easily be ascertained and they are not based on a judge "untangling" anything, just merely having his clerks do some digging and finding the facts. I don't see much open to interpretation in much of it.
I certainly hope that the facts are in CYDY's favor and are as stated in their letter/suit.
