This is the option clause your referring to in the Form 4. I am no lawyer but my view is there was still a choice that was better than 50% cash and they had options to take these benefits in 3 different ways. All cash, 50% cash and 50% stock or all stock.
When they all chose to it in all in stock. That’s bodes well in their belief of CYDY. All the employees could of taken it in cash but chose not to. May of been a technical view of not a real purchase but it still stands as a choice of stock over cash in my opinion. Even if the total amount would of been a little bit overall less in straight cash.
I love the fact that they believe in the stock and to me this is the same as what some have wanted in management or Nader investing in stock to show good will going forward. This provides that good will in my eyes when cash was an option. It’s all in how you want to look at it. The bigger picture is it wasn’t just one employee. It was all of them as far as I know from another post I found. We should be happy that the employees believe in their quest of Cytodyn. It’s reassuring to me.
