There is no fiduciary duty to hire expensive world-class lawyers to fight a hostile takeover. They could have hired lower-level lawyers, or just accepted the 13-D slate of candidates.
They did not do that. They chose to fight a take-over attempt by people with an agenda whose details we now learn, as a result of CYDY's defense.
How absurd to claim that CYDY would have to fight back and thus shareholders should not express appreciation for their efforts.
