So, I will elaborate on the thought:
Losing bad people, bad employees, is always a good thing.
In my humble opinion, losing Manboob (spell?) earlier this year was a good thing. Further, in retrospect, with additional information recently provided to us, even losing B.P. was IMHO a good thing. Losing Manboob allowed Recknor to be hired, which was a good, maybe great, thing.
The new Board Member Gardinier (spell?) appears to be a good thing with the company acting and hiring more professional since he came on board.
Losing people allows new people to be hired, which can be a good, or even sometimes, a great thing.
