A lot has happened since that statement by Steve that you point out at the end of your response. The option to use a 10 or 8 is off the table once revoked. QMC is revoked. They agreed to the revocation. That is the equivalent of pleading guilty. The only option to get back to trading is an S1 which includes all the things you pointed out which would be added to what I have pointed out. See where the much much more comes from?
